Things have been pretty crazy around your home turf ever since the night at Soulforge. You've decided to travel to the north side of town where an ex-Hammer priest, Gothus, was jailed for unkown reasons. He had in his possession a pricy jewel called the "Orion Stone" which is now in the evidence vault of the prison. You've been meaning to steal this for awhile, and now that the debacle with the Mechanists is over, you finally have a chance. You haven't been making a lot of money lately, since you didn't get paid for toppling Karras, but your friend Simon lives in the area, and he owes you a favor. You've managed to get some basic supplies from him, which you've hidden in the local library, and if you can find his house, he can hook you up with more. Info and Goals : -Straightforward-break in, find the warden, steal the key, get the jewel, get out. -There are five possible "miracles" that can be completed. See if you can find them. Known Bugs: A few of the objectives don't tick off when completed. They work in Dromed, but for some reason don't in Thief. This may be my computer for some reason, but if it's not, the mission will be unbeatable. If this is the case, I'm sorry, and I'll try to fix it after the contest. Also, the mission may appear really dark. If so, just turn up the gamma in the Thief video settings. Hints : -I recommend you play the level on all three difficulty levels (in order), since each is a little different. -This is a very tough mission to ghost, and it often requires some tricky jumps (especially on higher difficulty levels). On Expert, it is inevitable that a bunch of the guards go into search mode: this is intentional. -Make sure to check your inventory. You have a note from your friend, Simon. -Throughout the mission, you will see flashing red and blue lights. Due to the limited contest space, Garrett must be transported to new areas, instead of using roads and passages.
