Contact info: peter.parrish@talk21.com Homepage: http://members.tripod.co.uk/Paz_3 Date of release: 5-8-99 Level Info: Game: Thief: The Dark Project Mission: Bloodflowers File name: miss15.mis Difficulty Settings: nope Equipment store: umm, no Map / automap: Yes/no New graphics: let me see....no New sounds: no Multi language support: no, but you knew that right? Briefing: no Build time: a couple of days Bloodflowers is my first attempt at a dromed level, so don't take it too seriously or expect miracles from it. It is intended purely for amusement, and specifically for Cure fans wanting to get some revenge on Polydor for pushing back the release date of their new album (called 'Bloodflowers', natch). Anyway, on with the show: The briefing bit (start doing Garrett's voice in your head). I'd heard rumours that a popular group of musicians calling themselves 'The Cure' were in town. The lead singer, Robert Smith, gave me the creeps, he reminded me too much of the haunts back at that old hammerite cathedral. Their music they played though, was without equal. Their manager, a rich noble named Lord Polydor, claims to have enlisted the help of a local wizard and trapped some of The Cure's music inside some kind of disc which he calls 'Bloodflowers'. Unfortunately, he is unwilling to allow any members of the public anywhere near it. I don't know if I really believe Polydor, but I certainly think it's time I did a little investigating. Hopefully I can hide in one of the barrels due for delivery to Polydor's mansion. If all goes to plan, I should be able to begin my 'investigation' from the storage room..... The end of the briefing bit. Loading: Bloodflowers should run fine from ThiefLoader. Copyright: This level is (c) by Peter Parrish, 5-8-99.
